Do you offer any special financing?

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. International orders are subject to different shipping and tax rates that will be reflected at checkout. *Please note: Certain countries impose additional customs fees upon delivery that are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to ensure the total you see at checkout will be the complete delivery total, but it is out of our control when the country receiving your item passes additional fees onto the customer. Please review the final checkout details before placing any orders and feel free to contact customer support if you have any questions.
- Yes, we charge sales tax. The specific tax amount will be determined at checkout and is based on your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
- Please contact Customer Care and we can attempt to make a cancellation. We are unable to halt a shipment once an order has been shipped.
- Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed at our distribution center.
- If you choose to return your item(s) for store credit, once your return has been processed, a credit will be issued to you by email and available for immediate use.
- If you choose to return your item(s) for a full refund, you can expect the refund to be returned to your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
